Islamist Is Elected To Virginia School Board

On Tuesday Abrar Omeish, 24, the youngest woman and one of the first Muslim women elected to public office in Virginia, won an at-large seat on the Fairfax County school board.
A state that gave our nation several early presidents, principle author of the Declaration of Independence, “Father of the Constitution,” and Commanding General of the Continental Army now has given us the daughter of one of America’s most prominent Islamist leaders.

Once America had the world’s best educated workforce. Today the average American high school graduates are two-and-a-half years behind those in top-performing countries. The curriculum of our colleges is at the level of high schools in top-performing countries.
The American Republic was founded on limited government and free enterprise. Now more than two centuries later, the nation is dangerously close to falling to a socialist government that controls the economy.
Politicians are feverishly trying to pass national data systems on every aspect of our lives. From a national gun registry to a national student database to a workers’ database, the federal government wants to track Americans from cradle to grave.
